The CVE-2024-0575 is a stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability found in the setTracerouteCfg function of the /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi file in Totolink LR1200GB 9.1.0u.6619_B20230130. The vulnerability is due to improper handling of the argument command. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending a specially crafted request to the affected device. Successful exploitation could allow the attacker to execute arbitrary code in the context of the application. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
