Description Preview

The vulnerability is an Insecure Direct Object Reference (IDOR) in Anapi Group's H6Web. An authenticated attacker can exploit this vulnerability by making a POST request and modifying the “pkrelated” parameter in the “/h6web/ha_datos_hermano.php” endpoint to refer to another user. This could also allow the attacker to impersonate other users. As a result, all requests made after exploitation of the IDOR vulnerability will be executed with the privileges of the impersonated user. The vulnerability has a CVSS v3.1 base score of 9.1, indicating a critical severity.

The vulnerability was discovered by Bertrand Lorente Yáñez and published by INCIBE on 13th February 2025. The vulnerability affects all versions of H6Web by Anapi Group. The vulnerability is classified under CWE-639, which refers to Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key.

Remediation

The Anapi Group team has taken actions to mitigate the vulnerability. The Insecure Direct Object Reference vulnerability has been completely disabled, and the Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability has been fixed in the latest version of the software. Users are advised to update to the latest version of the software to protect against this vulnerability.
